Service Description
Train one-on-one with Coach Dom in a highly individualized workout designed around your position, playing style, goals, and areas for growth. Every session is customized to develop game-ready skills, basketball IQ, footwork, scoring, decision-making, and confidence through purposeful instruction and game-like application. Cancellation Policy
RIS3 Athletic Academy and the RIS3 Athletic Center (RAC) understand that circumstances may arise that require a participant to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed. Decisions may be based on the reason for the request, notice provided, and costs already committed by RIS3. Training Sessions & Player Development Cancellations or reschedule requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made with at least 48 hours' notice may be eligible for a refund, account credit, or rescheduled session at RIS3's discretion. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or make-up session. Camps, Clinics, Academies, Leagues, Tournaments & Events Refund or transfer requests should be submitted at least 7 days before the program or event. Requests made with proper notice may be eligible for a refund, account credit, or transfer to a future program. Requests made with less than 7 days' notice may be reviewed but are not guaranteed. Facility Rentals & Reservations Refund, credit, or reschedule requests for facility rentals, court reservations, open gym bookings, or shooting machine reservations should be submitted at least 14 days before the reservation. Requests made with proper notice may be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling option. Requests made with less than 14 days' notice may be subject to partial credit, partial refund, or denial based on scheduling, staffing, and facility commitments. Memberships Membership fees are generally non-refundable once processed. Members are responsible for canceling recurring memberships before the next billing cycle. Requests due to injury, medical issues, relocation, or other extenuating circumstances may be reviewed for possible credit, adjustment, or accommodation. RIS3 Cancellations If RIS3 cancels a session, program, event, or reservation, participants may receive a refund, account credit, rescheduled service, or transfer to another program. RIS3 may modify schedules, postpone activities, or close the facility due to weather, emergencies, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its control. Refunds, credits, transfers, and cancellations are decided by RIS3 Athletic Academy. By purchasing, registering, reserving, or participating in any RIS3 or RAC service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
